Summary: This book has the modest aim introducing readers to some of the main process for the analyze current structure of the mining sector investment regime in Mongolia by focusing on the issue of state participation, foreign investment influence and to provide possible options to improve the current practice, and settlement international investment disputes. The range of such process is so wide that comprehensiveness is impossible in a short monograph intended, as is this one, as a basis for the teaching of international investment law. We have concentrated on the most important processes for the handling of international legal disputes, and have sought in the coverage of those processes, and in the selection of documents in the appendices, to complement rather than duplicate existing texts. Our thank are due to Seoul National University for their help and encouragement in the production of this book.
